We do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays; your order will be delivered the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but your order will be delivered between 9am - 5pm.

We are temporarily unable to ship to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.

Taxes and duties

Relevant import taxes and duties are included within the product price displayed for all DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping destinations. Deliveries to DAP shipping destinations may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility.

Your order will be shipped via one of our trusted providers, DPD or DHL. Find out how to track your order based on your delivery destination below.

UK, France, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland and other international countries:

Your order will be shipped via DHL. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS. DHL notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date/time.

The option to have your parcel delivered to another address, DHL Service Point, to be left in a safe place or delivered on an alternative date is also available.

Europe (excluding France, Germany, Ireland, Norway and Switzerland):

Your order will be shipped via DPD. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from JOSEPH. Further tracking information will be sent by DPD, confirming dispatch of your order and estimated delivery date/time.

You can customise your delivery by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email from DPD. Choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, delivered to another address or delivered on an alternative date.
