We have introduced further Health and Safety measures within our warehouse to further to protect our employees, their families, and communities and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The additional precautions we have implemented include:

•    Operating the warehouse on reduced staffing to ensure social distancing can be observed
•    Providing hand sanitiser, disposable gloves and face masks to all employees
•    Providing sanitising spray and paper towels so equipment can be sanitised at all times
•    Signage, floor markings and one-way systems to maintain social distancing
•    Staggered entry, exit and break times to maintain social distancing
•    New procedures for accepting deliveries and dispatching deliveries
•    Extensive daily cleaning of the warehouse


We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure orders reach you as soon as possible, however please note that deliveries might take slightly longer than usual.



Our warehouse is now open; however, there may be a slight delay in processing your return.  

In consideration of our customers we have introduced an extended 30 day returns period for all orders made from 23 June 2020 from the day you receive your order.

Orders made before 22 June 2020 can be returned within 60 days.

The safety of our employees and customers remains our highest priority and our teams have been working actively to introduce further Health and Safety measures to ensure our stores are safe and hygienic environments.

The additional precautions we have implemented include:

•    We will be operating reduced opening hours to allow for a one shift working pattern and to allow us to operate on reduced staffing to ensure social distancing is observed

•    We will be adhering to social distancing guidelines between all staff and customers and will be limiting the number of customers in the shops at any one time

•    All staff will be provided with face masks and masks will also be available for customers, along with disposable gloves with hand-sanitiser.

•    The store will be regularly and thoroughly sanitised throughout. the fitting rooms will be available at customers request

•    We have extended our returns policy to 30 days and returned stock will be quarantined for 72 hours and steamed at high temperatures before returning to the shop floor
